How Can upper Back Pain Along With Stomach Cramps Be Treated?

Hi, lately every time I have consumed any kind of coffee, I experience a pain in my upper right back, and stomach cramps. It only appears after I have consumed coffee. But today, after not having coffee for two days, i went to the bathroom and found bright red blood in and around my stool. I was wondering if this could be something serious and whether I should be worries. I have had hemorrhoids in the past, but never experienced any pain/cramping with them.

Pain in stomach after drinking coffee can be as sign of stomach ulcer or inflammation due to excess acid production by stomach.
I would recommend stopping coffee consumption along with other food items that increase acid in stomach like meat, pulses.
Start an over the counter acid reducing agent like Ranitidine and antacid like Gelusi to decrease acid in stomach and help in healing of the ulcer.
Red blood in stools is indicative of problem in large intestine. Internal hemorrhoids can cause blood in stools without blood.
I would recommend a visit to your doctor to rule out other causes of blood in stools like Irritable bowel syndrome.

Hope this answers your question.
